Prior to joining Lincoln Manufacturing, Jillian held a technical and commercial support leadership role at LANXESS, where she specialized in biocides and preservatives. Throughout her tenure, she worked closely with customers, sales teams, technical marketing, and manufacturing to identify emerging needs, optimize product portfolios, and advance new product commercialization. Her experience translating complex technical challenges into practical, customer-focused solutions positions her as a valuable addition to Lincoln Manufacturing's expanding commercial capabilities.

Jillian holds a Master of Chemical and Life Sciences from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her strong scientific foundation, combined with her extensive industry experience, will play an instrumental role in strengthening Lincoln Manufacturing's technical leadership and advancing its commitment to delivering innovative, high-performance solutions to the Personal Care market.

In her new role, Jillian will lead market development initiatives across Lincoln Manufacturing's portfolio of preservation technologies, multifunctional ingredients, and biocides.
